Latch would like to formally welcome Nina Anthony as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees are responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the organisation, and have a legal responsibility for a charity’s management and administration.
Nina is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, qualifying with ICAEW in 1994, and a senior business leader with more than 35 years’ experience across finance, commercial management and technology. Nina began her career in audit and financial management before progressing into senior and executive roles within major global organisations, where she led complex programmes involving organisational transformation, commercial optimisation and large‑scale operational change.
Across her career, Nina has worked extensively with boards and executive teams, providing strategic financial leadership, strengthening governance frameworks and delivering commercially focused improvements across diverse sectors.
Nina has a deep respect for the vital support Latch provides to children and families through some of their most challenging moments. She was motivated to apply after seeing the difference Latch makes and wanted to contribute her professional experience to an organisation delivering such essential care across Wales.
