Annual Children's Remembrance Service

Services are held every year at the Sanctuary on B5 in the University Hospital of Wales.

This year the service will take place on Saturday 29th November.

During the service families are able to hang a star on the tree in memory of their baby or child who has died. Refreshments are available following the service and staff are present for support.

An invitation will be sent from the Health Board every year with a star enclosed and you are able to return the star even if you are unable, or do not wish, to attend the service.

Please inform the Bereavement Lead Nurse if you no longer want to receive an invitation or if you change address.
