Funds raised through the 24‑mile and 12‑mile fundraising walks will help ensure this support continues for families across Wales. The final hour awareness walk brings our community together in solidarity, showing families that they are not alone and helping to raise visibility of childhood cancer throughout September.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, walkers participating in the 12 mile and 24 mile walks can take a coach back to their respective start line at no extra charge. This coach will depart from the Mumbles (Bracelet Bay) finish at 6pm.

Yes, dogs were welcome on the Gower Trek if they are well behaved and used to being around other dogs/people. However, dogs are not allowed on the optional coach return to the start line, so you will need to arrange your own transport with your dog. Please contact us if you have any questions.

The minimum age is 14 for the 24-mile route and 12 for the 12-mile route. Any under-18s will need to be accompanied on their chosen route by a parent or guardian over 18. The final 3-mile route is self-guided, so their are no age restrictions.
